1. Overview

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the PatineteX online store at www.patinetex.es.

PatineteX is operated by GUSTAVO8 LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company. Products are shipped directly from China through third party suppliers.

PatineteX does not accept physical product returns. When a refund is approved under this policy, the customer will not be required to send the product back. PatineteX will instruct the customer to keep or dispose of the product, as appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

2. Voluntary refund period

For purchases that are not subject to a longer or different mandatory statutory right, customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The customer must contact support@patinetex.es within the applicable period and provide the order information and the information reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

For requests based on product condition or dissatisfaction, the customer must provide a photograph of the product when requested.

3. Circumstances in which a refund may be approved

A refund may be approved when:

The product arrived damaged.
The customer received an incorrect item.
The order has not been delivered after the maximum stated delivery period.
The customer reports dissatisfaction within the applicable refund period and provides a photograph of the product.

Approval is determined after review of the information provided by the customer.

4. No physical return required

PatineteX does not require customers to physically return products under this refund process.

After a refund has been approved, PatineteX will inform the customer that the product may be kept or discarded. The customer does not need to ship the product back to PatineteX or to a supplier in China unless PatineteX expressly states otherwise for a particular legal or regulatory reason.

5. Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund is normally processed so that it appears on the customer's payment account or card statement within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.

The transaction may appear on the customer's statement under the name PatineteX.

6. Items not eligible under the voluntary refund policy

The following items are not eligible for refunds under the voluntary refund policy:

Personalized products.
Gift cards.
Personal hygiene products with a broken seal.

These exclusions do not remove or restrict any mandatory statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

7. European Union statutory withdrawal right

For consumers in the European Union, statutory consumer rights apply in addition to this policy.

Unless a statutory exception applies, EU consumers have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date on which the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the statutory withdrawal right, the consumer may send an unequivocal statement to:

PatineteX voluntarily dispenses with any physical return requirement for an approved withdrawal request. After the withdrawal is accepted, the customer may keep or dispose of the product as instructed by PatineteX and will not be required to physically send the product back.

Any refund arising from a statutory EU withdrawal right will be made in accordance with applicable EU consumer law and through the original payment method, subject to any legally permitted conditions concerning the timing of reimbursement.

The statutory withdrawal right does not apply to goods that fall within applicable statutory exceptions, including certain goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken.

8. Germany: Widerrufsbelehrung

Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren erhalten haben.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der gegebenenfalls geltenden Kosten der Standardlieferung, unverzüglich und spätestens innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Frist zurückzuzahlen.

Die Rückzahlung erfolgt grundsätzlich über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.

Eine physische Rücksendung der Ware ist bei PatineteX nicht erforderlich. Nach Bestätigung des Widerrufs können Sie die Ware behalten oder entsorgen. PatineteX wird Ihnen mitteilen, welche Vorgehensweise für den jeweiligen Fall gilt.

Das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht richtet sich nach den anwendbaren gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Die gesetzliche Widerrufsfrist beträgt grundsätzlich 14 Tage.

9. Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including applicable consumer rights concerning conformity, defective goods, statutory withdrawal, refunds, or other mandatory protections.

Where mandatory consumer law provides rights that are more favorable to the consumer than this voluntary refund policy, the mandatory law will prevail.
