PatineteX voluntarily dispenses with physical return of products for approved withdrawal requests. A customer exercising a valid withdrawal right will not be required to physically ship the product back to PatineteX.

The applicable statutory withdrawal provisions remain unaffected by this operational arrangement. German law provides for withdrawal by declaration to the trader and generally provides a 14 day withdrawal period.
